02) Multi-Activity Bench – Leg Raise

The Multi-Activity Bench provides a platform for a multitude of exercises and stretches.  An individual can hook their feet under the bar for sit-up exercises that are less rigorous than the Incline Sit-Up Bench, turn the other direction and lay on their back or side for leg lifts, then move to the end of the bench for dip exercises.
