The Angled Vault fitness station offers a challenge, and helps improve body control and balance. It can also be an excellent aerobic exercise. With this fitness station, the individual holds onto the bar (just above waist-height) as they jump up and swing their feet and legs over the bar behind them. This fitness station strengthens the entire body, but primarily the shoulders and arms. If working at a continual pace, the Angled Vault fitness station is ideal for cardio exercise.
To increase the workout or for those who can jump higher, individuals should move higher up the vault. Standing slightly higher up the vault will dramatically increase the difficulty of this exercise.
