Muscle Rope (also called “Battle Rope”) attachment rings can be added to a StayFIT structure so individuals can improve their cardio vascular health, build endurance, and improve metabolism…all in 15 or 20 minutes of high-intensity rope training.  Swinging heavy muscle ropes also provides an excellent upper-body workout.
