As we age, we naturally begin to lose balance if not exercised.  For this reason, the Balance Beam fitness station is a regular addition to any StayFIT Senior fitness system. It allows older individuals to practice balance by walking on a beam that is wide enough to fit the entire width of the foot.  The beam is smooth, sturdy, and low to the ground.
