Jump-Up

The Jump-Up Fitness Station combines various heights for jumping and aerobic training; however, it is not necessary to always use for jumping.  For a much lower impact, the bars can be use for step-up exercises.

This fitness station is also beneficial for Seniors or those involved in knee therapy/recovery.  It could be used as a tool to measure ones ability to lift each leg and step over an object.  It is a useful station that can assist with increasing flexibility and balance.  For this reason, it is often added to a StayFIT Senior fitness system.
